Zweite Formenhälfte fertig, direkt nach dem entformen. Das Entformen ist tatsächlich der schwierigste Part bislang, trotz guter Vorbereitung und Anwendung von reichlich Wax und Folientrennmittel, alles gemäß Anleitung. Holzkeile helfen beim entformen. Die ursprüngliche Positivform ist leider beim entformen stark beschädigt worden, wird aber nicht mehr gebraucht und geht in den Müll. Die Negativ-Form wurde gründlich gereinigt, ist gut gelungen und wird schöne Radschuhe ergeben.

Second mold half ready, straight after demolding. The demolding is the most difficult part of this so far, although good preparation and plenty of wax and mold release, according turorial. Wooden wedges are really helpful. The original mold was destroyed during demolding but will not longer needed and therefore scrapped. The new mold was thoroughly cleaned, looks good and will hopefully give some nice wheel pants.
