Die Rückenflosse kann stabilisierden Wirkung haben, es wird einfach die Fläche der Ruderflossen vergrössert. Ich finde es sieht einfach besser aus, optisch wird der sehr lange Rumpf verkürzt. Ob die ggf. vergößerte Stabilität gewollt wäre muss jeder Erbauer selbst entscheiden! Die Flugeigenschaften werden sich nicht wesentlich verändern. Nebenbei bemerkt wird der Übergang vom Rumpf zur Flosse so auch sehr schön ausgeformt...

The dorsal fin may add stabilizing force to the rudder fin, it simply increases the actual fin surface. I like the look of a dorsal fin, it simply shortens the tail cone optically in my opinion. If the increased stability is needed or wanted is the specific decision of each builder/pilot! The little dorsal fin will not change the flight characteristis that much. By the way, it smooth out the transition between fuselage and rudder fin, so serves as a fairing also...
